Kermit J. Singleton

Kermit Jerome Singleton was born in Louisiana March 15th 1962 the 4th boy to Walter and Shirley Mae Singleton. The family moved to California when Kermit was a  baby, he grew up in Compton Ca with his brothers and sisters,  he was always curious and adventurous as a child. He discovered a  love for music that developed into his passion for the guitar  , he was a self taught musician , learning how to play several different instruments , which lead him to join one of his first bands called Black Diamond.  As well as his love and passion for music,  he also had a love and passion for his children , his brothers and sisters would tease  and call him Mr. Mom, he was a hands on dad, very much involved with his children lives until his passing.  He is survived in death by his parents.  He leaves behind a son Kermaine Jerome Singleton and  a daughter Kergina Singleton and five brothers and sisters,  Jeffrey  Singleton of Long Beach Ca, Kevin Singleton of Downey Cali , Barry Singleton, Of Long Beach Ca, Myrna Singleton of Colton CA,  and Kimberly Singleton of Colton Ca And brother Randy Johnson of White Castle Louisiana.
